Sriguru Elctronics offers a wide range of high-quality Aluminium Tape Screened and Copper Braid Shielded Instrumentation Cables. Available in both armoured and unarmoured versions, these cables provide excellent protection against capacitive and inductive effects from nearby electric fields. They are widely used in data transmission, automation, and SCADA systems, ensuring optimal performance in demanding environments.

300/500 Volt grade multicore or multi-pair cables with copper conductors, insulated with PVC or XLPE. The pairs are laid up and individually or overall shielded with aluminium mylar tape, featuring an ATC drain wire or copper braid. These cables have a PVC inner sheath, G.I. steel wire or strip armouring, and are finished with an overall PVC or FRLS PVC outer sheath for enhanced protection and durability.

Colour Coded as per BS-5308 Part-2

Individual Shielding :-
Each Pair Shielded with aluminium mylar tape, helically applied with the metalic side down in continuous electrical Contact with annealed tinned or bare copper drain wire.

Insulation :-
XLPE
PVC Type A/Type C as per IS:5831-1984

Conductor :-
Electrolytic Multistrand/Bare/Tinned Copper IS 8130-1984



Overall Shielding :-
Accumulated pairs again overall shielded with aluminium mylar tape, helically applied with the metalic side down in Continous electrical contact with annealed tinned or bare copper drain wire.

Assembly :-
Twisted Pairs are laid up together , if necessary the gaps may be filled with fillers of Non-hygroscopic material Compatible with the insulation.

Inner Sheath:-
Extruded PVC or wrapped inner sheath as per IS:1554 part-1

Armour :-
Galvansied flat strip/wire as per IS:1554 part-1
